Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

Prototype notice: Vital Bloom is a design prototype. The text below is placeholder sample language for demonstration only — it is not legal advice and must be reviewed and finalized by qualified counsel before any real-world use.

These sample terms would govern your use of the Vital Bloom Telehealth website and services. By using a production service, you would agree to these terms.

Not for emergencies

Vital Bloom would provide non-emergency telehealth care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. Telehealth is not a substitute for emergency services.

Scope of services

Services would focus on hormone health, weight management, and symptom care for women in midlife and beyond. A clinician determines, in their professional judgment, whether telehealth is appropriate for your needs.

Eligibility

You would need to be located in a state where our clinicians are licensed and meet applicable eligibility requirements at the time of your visit.

No guarantee of outcomes

Healthcare outcomes vary by individual. Nothing on this site is a promise of any specific result.

Prototype limitation

This website is a demonstration prototype. It does not provide medical care, does not create a clinician–patient relationship, and does not collect real data. Final terms must be prepared by qualified counsel before launch.
